Final Fantasy Vii:Advent Children
Final Fantasy Vii: Advent Children is the sequal to Final Fantasy Vii.Althogh Final Fantasy Vii:Advent Children will not be a game, instead it will be a CG movie.
The movie will be released on DVD and UMD.
Final Fantasy Vii:Advent Children is expected to be released in Japan in December, in the US around April, as for Europe no one nows yet but these dates mite be pushed back tp a later date.

News Update.
Theories.
From the recent Trailer Released many theories have been thought of.
In the trailor there is a scene were Kadaj bows to someone in a wheelchair. There are many beliefs for this first is that in the game, in tunnel sector 6. you run into a clone (in a wheel chair) that only babbles and doesn't actually say anything. or an uncanny theory is that the person in the wheelchair may be Genova or What is left of Sephiroth. Also you find that there are many people with silver hair and a angry expression on their faces that are a important part of the story.( who's names are Kadaj, Loz and Yazoo.) Funny thing is they look strangely similar to Sephiroth. My take on these guys is that they all share the same looks and manurisms. They are all left handed (as was Sephiroth) and the hair and the strength and so forth. There are differences though...they seem to have only a certain quality in battle Yazoo uses guns, Kadaj uses swords and Loz fights hand to hand. It would seem they are all broken up aspects of Sephiroths whole self. Also the ages arent coherent though...Loz is in his 30's(although he looks old), Kadaj is in his teens, and Yazoo in his 20's. You must remember....Sephiroth was not a creation nor was he born of Jenova...he was just a normal kid that underwent Cetra/Jenova cell fusion. He was made to be a fighter. It is quite possible that these "Children" (or advent children if you will) wanted to aspire to Sephiroth, or they are before and after subjects of the experiments. Perhaps they were selected by the WCM because they were a close match to Sephiroths original physical and mental makeup. Kadaj and company are obviously starting a revolt of somesort....possibly to rise up against the world and kill Cloud too. The assumption that these are just Sephiroth clones are just to easy.....but ive also been dabbling on another theory....This star scar syndrome....what if it caused Kadaj and company to be filled with Sephs will. If you remember...seph couldnt merge with the lifestream, but instead he was incased in it and his "will" was moving Jenova forwards. Perhaps Sephiroth will has bent and morphed the children in to DNA infused clones of him, and that would explain why they only hold partial imprints of Sephiroth at a given time. A long shot, but not entirely unfesable.
Update.
Not much more from Square-Enix as to when Advent Children will be released in Europe, but we're still waiting. I'm a bit dissapointed as to the only scene (we think) that shows sephiroth is the flash-back where he is wreathed in flame. But our hopes are high as to seeing more of ol sephy.
